Every item we sell has its measurements listed on the product page. Please check your mattress size before ordering to ensure it will fit the linen you order, as international sizes may differ from Australian standards. Check our size guide as a useful reference.

Ordering

Making a purchase is easy. Simply click on the ADD TO CART button. When you have finished making selections, click on the trolley icon in the top right corner of any page and then click CHECK OUT. Follow the prompts and your order will be away in no time.  

In general, if your item is in stock it will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, so allow between 5-7 business days to receive it. Actual delivery times will depend on the delivery carrier and your location. Please see Shipping & Delivery for more information.

There may be times when, due to high demand, an item will be out of stock and need to be backordered in. If this is the case, we will let you know. In these instances, please allow a back-order time of 2-4 weeks for international freight. Your item will then be dispatched from our Australian warehouse.

We will endeavour to update stock levels as orders come in. However, if we have several orders and an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will email you and let you know the timeframe for ordering it in. 

When you get to the check-out section you will see an option for Discount. Type in the code you have been given and click apply. The discount will be subtracted from your total order.

Please write a note in the Order Instructions/Comments area at checkout and we'll make sure the order is sent without an invoice. You can also write a gift message for the recipient in this area.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal, for absolute confidence in online transaction security. For this same reason, we do not accept payment via bank deposit.

All prices and charges are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Yes. 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the prices displayed. Overseas customers with orders shipping outside of Australia do not have to pay the GST and this amount is automatically deducted from order total during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over $150 in Australia. For orders under $150 in Australia, a flat rate of $12 is charged. For all orders to New Zealand, a flat rate of $20 is charged.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, "Free Shipping" will automatically appear as a shipping option when you checkout. 

Sorry, currently we are an exclusively online store and do not offer pick up.

Unfortunately, not at this time. We sell exclusively to Australia and New Zealand. However, if you're keen to order from abroad, please drop us an email and we'll let you know when delivery network expands.

Express post is not currently a standard option. Get in contact with us, and we can make arrangements so you can get your order as quickly as possible.

We’ll let you know when an order has been sent. Every order has a tracking number so you can check with our carrier at any time to see where your delivery is up to.

Check the email you received on the date your order was shipped. This has your parcel tracking number, the delivery carrier used and a link on how to track your order. If you have deleted this email, please log into My Account, or contact us to have it re-sent to you.

If you have not received your order within 10 days and we have not emailed you about a delay in your order, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Returns & Exchanges

We stock only the most exclusive international and Australian brands and hope that you will love them as much as we do. However if you don’t, we do exchange for change of mind, provided you return within the first 30 days and follow the terms and conditions of on our returns policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been opened, have tags removed or have been used in any way.

Absolutely, we offer 100% hassle free returns and exchanges, as long as you follow the quick and easy terms and conditions of our returns policy. Returns must be in the first 30 days and packages must be unopened and unused with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Currently, our store is online only. As the first and only store dedicated exclusively to international baby bedding, The Elegant Crib is operates exclusively online. Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up from our warehouse.
