We deliver exclusively to Australia and New Zealand only. Unfortunately, at present we do not offer shipping to other countries.

Order processing time
We understand that once you've found something you love, you want it straight away (because we feel the exact same way), so we work hard to ensure your order is processed as soon as possible.
If you are in desperate need of receiving your order urgently, contact us before you order and we can give you a more precise timeframe and do our absolute best to ensure we get it to you on time.
There may be times when, due to high demand, an item will be out of stock and need to be ordered in. If this is the case, we will let you know. In these instances, please allow a back order time of 2-4 weeks for international freight. Your item will then be dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the in-stock items will be dispatched immediately, and items on back order will be shipped to you as soon as they are available, at no extra charge.
Full parcel tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is on it's way! This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcels progress.
Delivery times vary between carrier, however standard orders should arrive in 2-5 business days within Australia (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, WA & NT) and 7-14 days within New Zealand. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for carrier delays whilst in transit.
Signature upon delivery & Authority to leave
We recommend that you provide an address where you will be during normal office hours. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Should you not be available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will either leave your parcel on the premises if it is safe to do so, or leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt with next step instructions.
If you have any specific delivery instructions or wish to give Authority To Leave your parcel if not home, please write clear details in the order notes area at checkout. Your instructions will then be passed onto the delivery carrier.The default instructions for Australia Post and Fastway Couriers is Authority to Leave.
In the event of a missed delivery, your order may be taken to a post office or courier depot for you to pick up. If a calling card is left at your address, please follow the instructions provided or contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please check your tracking information to find your parcels delivery status.
Failure of delivery
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse as un-deliverable - whether due to incorrect address details, non-response to delivery calling cards or failure to track parcels etc - an additional shipping and handling fee of $10 applies plus additional shipping fees to have it re-sent.
If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (02) 6190 7913. A cancellation fee applies of $5 for all orders under $100, or 5% for orders of $100 and over. This is automatically deducted from the refund amount.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel and our normal returns policy procedures apply.
